Stewards of the Urban Environment

Since 1993, The Fallon Company has successfully developed commercial real estate in the Northeast region. Investors and members of the community turn to Joe Fallon and his team of executives for their professionalism, collaborative approach, and commitment to thoughtfully integrating properties into the neighborhoods in which they are located, while maintaining the unique identity of each community.

Unlike other waterfront landowners, Joe Fallon doesn't hold a lot of press conferences or go before editorial boards to explain his "vision." No, he just gets the job done, with style and with efficiency.

Execution of numerous commercial real estate projects over the past two decades has firmly established The Fallon Company as one of the premier development firms in the country. Among these projects is Fan Pier – one of the country’s largest mixed-use development sites, spanning 21 acres and nine city blocks directly overlooking Boston’s working harbor, and conceived as a true neighborhood, recognizing the critical importance of marrying commerce, lifestyle, homes and public space. Fan Pier has quickly become the “crown jewel of Boston Harbor” Under the Fallon Company’s management, and once fully completed, will feature eight contemporary, LEED-certified commercial and luxury residential high-rises, bridging the city’s waterfront neighborhood with the Financial District.

In 2008, The Fallon Company received NAIOP’s Distinguished Real Estate Award for achievements in real estate, charitable activities, and community betterment.
