Boston Marriott Long Wharf Hotel

The Fallon Company demonstrates at the Marriott Long Wharf that expansion and renovation can take place with little disruption to normal operations. The project included developing an additional nine guest rooms and completely renovating the ballroom and two suites. The 8,200-square-foot ballroom and its 2,000 square foot pre-function area were completely renovated in three weeks, meaning guests and workers alike were minimally impacted by the project.

The Fallon Company is also currently responsible for the master plan study analyzing the Marriott Long Wharf’s greatest potential. As with every project, minimizing impacts and maximizing benefits are key aspects of the study.
