Mr. Fallon oversees the firm’s development and investment operations. He also serves as President and CEO of The Fallon Company, whose real estate portfolio includes some of the most sought-after residential, hotel and commercial properties in the Northeast. Fallon is a Boston-area native with three decades of experience in real estate.
Mr. Towle oversees all of the firm’s development and project management activities. He formerly served as Senior Vice President of Boston University and spent 25 years of his professional career there. At Boston University, Mr. Towle was responsible for all campus planning, major construction and real estate development activities, overseeing the development of more than 2.5 million square feet of new campus facilities. He also supervised many of the operational units of the university, including the business operations of the Boston University Medical Center, and was directly responsible for an annual budget of approximately $550 million. Mr. Towle received a B.A. from Boston College, graduating summa cum laude in 1976. In 1980, he earned an M.A. from Boston College.
