In addition to being President and CEO of The Fallon Company, Mr. Fallon oversees the development and investment operations of Fallon Towle & Associates. Fallon is a Boston-area native with three decades of experience in real estate.
Mr. Towle oversees all of the firm’s development and project management activities. As a senior executive at Boston University, Mr. Towle was responsible for all campus planning, major construction and real estate development activities, overseeing the development of more than 2.5 million square feet of new campus facilities. He also supervised many of the operational units of the university, including the business operations of the Boston University Medical Center, and was directly responsible for an annual budget of approximately $550 million. Mr. Towle received a B.A. from Boston College, graduating summa cum laude in 1976. In 1980, he earned an M.A. from Boston College.
