The building now known as 376 West Fourth Street Apartments is a complete renovation, inside and out, undertaken by The Fallon Company as a contribution to the local neighborhood. Formerly a three-story brick community center, this property at the corner of West Broadway and D streets in South Boston has a new life and purpose. It now offers 18 one-bedroom units of affordable housing for elderly residents and provides on-site supportive services for residents.
