East Bank Development – Nashville, Tenn.
The city of Nashville, Tennessee, is undertaking an ambitious initiative to redevelop hundreds of acres of mostly parking lots and industrial land adjacent to the Cumberland River into an entirely new neighborhood, including housing, public park space, office buildings and a new stadium for sports and entertainment.
Nashville has picked The Fallon Co., represented by Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP and DLAPiper, to be the master developer of the project’s first phase.
