The Fallon Company sponsors its annual Celebrity fishing tournament at Fan Pier Marina to benefit Save the Harbor/Save the Bay.
It’s an incredible day with teens from all over Boston, fishing with celebrities and learning how to help preserve our unique water resources and have a blast at the same time.
The kids are divided into teams and are introduced to teens from other neighborhoods. They board the boats early and head out for a morning of fishing under the guidance of experienced Boston Harbor Fishing Charter captains. They return to Fan Pier Marina at noon with their catch and have a weigh-in, awards ceremony and photos with their prize fish, followed by a great lunch.
This is one of The Fallon Company’s favorite events. Perhaps because of our incomparable Fan Pier location on Boston’s waterfront, and the daily reminder of the beauty of the ocean and our responsibility to protect this great natural resource.
We are proud to support Save the Harbor/Save the Bay, which is the region’s largest provider of youth environmental education programs that share the Harbor with the region’s next generation of environmental stewards.
