The Fallon Company stands as an industry leader on diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are deeply committed to creating a diverse workplace that harnesses and values everyone’s unique talents. We thoughtfully consider and appreciate diversity in the communities in which we develop and ensure that minority and women-owned businesses are represented in all phases of development and real estate activities. This commitment is consistent with our company values, our development philosophy, and a key component of our success.
REAL ESTATE YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM
The Fallon Company launched a unique summer program aimed at teaching minority and low-income youth in the City of Boston the fundamentals of real estate investing. The program features a robust curriculum of real estate fundamentals and business practices, including financial modeling, investment analysis and entrepreneurship. In addition to providing educational opportunities to those underserved, especially disadvantaged youth, the program’s intent is to help support a more diverse talent pipeline in the real estate industry and combat inequity in our community.
The program aligns with The Fallon Company’s commitment to push partners and stakeholders to support equal and fair inclusion, direct greater philanthropic support to overlooked and vulnerable communities, and build a more inclusive company and industry.
The company partnered with Street2Ivy, an entrepreneurial incubator focused on giving aspiring change-makers the tools and resources they need to solve problems in their neighborhoods and beyond.
Due to the popularity and success of the Boston program, The Fallon Company will roll out similar opportunities in related markets.
