The Fallon Company announced the official naming and brand launch for its portion of Nashville’s East Bank development: Eastpoint. The name was conceived as a reconnection between city and river, Eastpoint marks a defining moment in Nashville’s evolution – a riverfront reconnected, where creativity, community, and history converge. The naming of the area currently covers the Initial Development Area (IDA), the land controlled by The Fallon Company. This phase of area was previously part of the Central Waterfront District of the East Bank. It encompasses parcels A-G in the slider below.
