West Fourth Street

The Fallon Company identified an opportunity to make a contribution to the South Boston neighborhood with the development of 376 West Fourth Street. Once a little-used community center, the building has been transformed into an inviting residential space and a property with new life and purpose. It now offers 18 one-bedroom units of affordable housing for elderly residents as well as a place for on-site supportive services.
