Hearth at Olmsted Green

With the development of Hearth at Olmsted Green, The Fallon Company supports Hearth’s mission to eliminate homelessness among the elderly through housing programs designed to help them find and succeed in their own homes.

Hearth at Olmsted Green provides fifty-nine new units of housing, planned and constructed to support a comprehensive program of medical, mental health, and social support services. Extensive common areas, a library, a ‘Brain Gym’, therapeutic offices, and a common dining area open on to a dramatic landscaped terrace.

The Fallon Company is pleased to have been selected as the Owner’s Representative for Hearth, Inc. to facilitate the design and construction of Hearth at Olmsted Green, part of the Olmsted Green project. The project derives its name from the landscape architect of Boston’s Emerald Necklace. A mixed income community, it includes housing, recreational facilities, services, and economic development opportunities.
