  • Completes renovation of condominiums in Boston’s Back Bay


  • Completes first hotel project, opening the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston Bayside with 197 keys.


  • Delivers mixed-use research and development facility for Merck in Boston’s Longwood Medical Area


  • Develops mixed-use Park Lane Seaport project featuring apartments, the Marriott Renaissance Hotel and restaurant and retail space


  • Purchases 21-acre, nine city block parcel of land overlooking Boston Harbor, brands as Fan Pier


  • Breaks ground on first phase of Fan Pier development, a 21-acre parcel


  • Opens senior affordable housing center at 376 West 4th Street in South Boston, including 18 one-bedroom units


  • Opens Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel, which includes 800 guest rooms and 32,000 square feet of meeting space


  • Manages the planning and permitting of the Marriott Renaissance Boston, which includes 450 guest rooms and 20,000 square feet of meeting space


  • Celebrates completion of One Marina Park Drive at Fan Pier


  • Delivers 50 Northern Avenue and 11 Fan Pier Boulevard at Fan Pier, Vertex Pharmaceutical’s 1.1 million square foot campus


  • Delivers 1.7-acre mixed-use development, Albany Fellows, as part of Boston University Medical Center's expansion


  • Buys 30 Winter Street in Boston’s Financial District


  • Opens Twenty Two Liberty, the first luxury residential condominium building at Fan Pier


  • Wins designation as Master Developer for the redevelopment of the Strawn Cottages site in Charlotte, NC; rebrands the site as Centre South


  • Opens 100 Northern Avenue, with 534,000 SF commercial space and Global headquarters of law firm Goodwin.


  • Celebrates opening of 50 Liberty, Fan Pier’s second luxury residential complex


  • Expands Charlotte footprint with purchase of 301 Midtown

  • Purchases assemblage of parcels in Raleigh to develop Raleigh Crossing
