CBA names achievement winners

Joseph Fallon, founder of The Fallon Company, earned the Landlord of the Year banner. In 2005, his company acquired Fan Pier, one of the most visible and sought after waterfront sites in the U.S. Last summer, his company broke ground on Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a pair of office and laboratory buildings in the Seaport District, dubbed the largest private commercial real estate project in the county.
