More than a dozen luxury residential buildings have opened in a burst of construction in just over a decade that have remade the Seaport into Boston’s most expensive place to rent and the most-educated ZIP code in the country.
The Seaport’s final residential building (for the foreseeable future) has now hit a construction milestone, with a topping-off ceremony Friday, marking the progress of construction to the very top of the structure.
