About the Fund
The Fallon Community Fund is a new grant program from The Fallon Company, master developer of Nashville’s East Bank. We believe strong communities are built on meaningful connections – neighbors who know and trust each other, shared spaces that bring people together, and programs that make everyone feel welcome.

This fund extends Fallon’s community-first approach beyond the East Bank, supporting neighborhood and community-based organizations across Davidson County in creating opportunities for activation and connection.

Why This Matters
According to the Imagine Nashville survey, 72% of Nashvillians want to feel more connected to their neighbors but lack opportunities to do so. Residents called for more community gatherings, shared spaces, and neighborhood-level programs to build trust and relationships.
The Fallon Community Fund invests in established organizations with the structure, leadership, and vision to create these opportunities.
