The Fallon Company of Boston will hold a neighborhood meeting on May 3 before it submits its rezoning application for the second phase of Raleigh Crossing – the 301 Hillsborough building was the first phase. The new rezoning is for 309 and 327 Hillsborough St., which are currently zoned for 20 stories. The Fallon Company is requesting 40 stories and has offered two zoning conditions.
