The Fallon Co. plans to break ground around the beginning of 2026 on Twelve03, the first phase of its long-awaited, mixed-use development called Centre South.
Twelve03, the first of three multifamily buildings slated for the site, will be a 329-unit development at 1203 S. Caldwell St.
Michael Fallon, chief executive officer at The Fallon Co., said the Boston-based development company, in partnership with Charlotte-based Inlivian and Inlivian’s development arm Horizon Development Properties, is expecting to close on financing for Twelve03 at the end of this year.
