The Fallon Company’s East Bank project will transform 30 acres of Nashville’s riverfront into a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood. Through thoughtful master planning, the development emphasizes mobility, affordability, sustainability, and community engagement, setting a new benchmark for urban growth aligned with the city’s vision for inclusive development.

The project will prioritize walkability, safety, and seamless connectivity between Downtown and East Nashville. A key feature of the project is the creation of the Music City Mile — a raised, pedestrian-oriented thoroughfare lined with retail, allowing visitors to move throughout the neighborhood without encountering vehicle traffic and creating a unique, engaging pedestrian experience.  The $3+ billion project is set to break ground in 2026.
