Raleigh Crossing: Downtown’s Modern, Mixed-Use Destination

In April 2018, The Fallon Company acquired several parcels at the intersection of four thriving downtown Raleigh districts. The aptly named Raleigh Crossing is a landmark mixed-use destination, strategically positioned with easy access to the Capital, Warehouse, and Fayetteville Street districts, and to Glenwood South.

The first phase of the development, 301 Hillsborough, is a trophy office building recognized by its striking architectural design and robust amenity offerings. 301 Hillsborough features 280,000 square feet of prime office space that received Platinum WiredScore Certification, 2-star Fitwel designation, and LEED Gold Certification. An expansive outdoor amenity level, wide pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and exciting retail spaces complete this best-in-class tower.

At full build-out, Raleigh Crossing will also include 18,000 square feet of retail and a residential community, in addition to the office tower.
