The Fallon Co. has secured financing for phase one of its long-awaited, mixed-use development called Centre South.
The Boston-based developer secured a loan that covers construction capital, debt financing and equity placement for Twelve03, a 329-unit multifamily community at 1203 S. Caldwell St. in Dilworth, according to Michael Fallon, CEO at The Fallon Co.
