The developer Metro chose to build next to Nashville’s new NFL stadium has cleared the first major hurdle toward making that project a reality.
Mayor Freddie O’Connell announced Friday that his administration has finished negotiations with Boston-based The Fallon Co. The talks have culminated in an agreement that sets the framework for the company’s 30-acre development plans.
