The Fallon Company, master developer of the East Bank, is proud to announce the inaugural recipients of the Fallon Community Fund – a $50,000 grant program designed to strengthen connections across Davidson County by supporting local organizations that bring neighbors together.
This year, 11 nonprofits were selected from 114 applications to receive grants ranging from $2,500 to $10,000, recognizing their commitment to creating opportunities for collaboration, connection, and community engagement across Nashville.
The 2025 Fallon Community Fund winners are:

- DancEast
- First Steps, Inc.
- Greenways for Nashville
- Martha O’Bryan Center
- Neighbor 2 Neighbor
- Oasis Center
- Trinity Community Commons
- Water Walkers
Each of these organizations is dedicated to creating opportunities for collaboration, connection, and community building – from neighborhood engagement and environmental stewardship to youth mentorship, public art, and cultural programming.
