From Logan International Airport and Route 1A South:

Follow the signs toward I-90 West/Ted Williams Tunnel. Take the Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25 (South Boston). At the top of the ramp, proceed straight onto B Street. Follow B Street to the end and turn left onto Seaport Boulevard. At the next light turn right onto Northern Avenue. ONE Marina Park Drive will be on your right, after passing the Institute for Contemporary Art. Parking is available for a fee at several surface lots or in the garage under the building.

From Points North Via I-93:

Heading southbound on I-93 toward Boston, take Exit 23 (Purchase Street) and get into the left lane. Take the first left onto Seaport Boulevard, crossing the Moakley Bridge. At the bottom of the Bridge turn left onto Sleeper Street then turn right onto Northern Avenue. One Marina Park Drive will be on the left, after passing the Moakley Courthouse. Parking is available for a fee at several surface lots or in the garage under the building.

From Points South Via I-93:

Heading northbound on I-93 toward Boston, take Exit 20, which will be immediately after Exit 18. Once on the exit ramp, follow signs for South Boston, staying in the right lane through the tunnel. At the first set of lights at the end of the off-ramp, proceed straight onto East Service Road. At the next set of lights, proceed straight onto Northern Avenue. ONE Marina Park Drive will be on your right, after passing the Institute for Contemporary Art. Parking is available for a fee at several surface lots or in the garage under the building.

From Storrow Drive:

Take Storrow Drive to Leverett Circle. Follow signs for I-93 South. Once on I-93 South, follow the directions above, coming from Points North.

From Points West Via I-90:

Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike/I-90 East to Exit 25 (South Boston). At the top of the ramp, bear left toward Seaport Boulevard. At the first set of lights, proceed straight onto East Service Road. At the next set of lights proceed straight onto Northern Avenue. ONE Marina Park Drive will be on your right, after passing the Institute for Contemporary Art. Parking is available for a fee at several surface lots or in the garage under the building.

Via Public Transportation:

• Come to South Station on the Red Line or the Commuter Rail of the MBTA.
• Once at South Station, take the Silver Line Waterfront (SL 1 or SL 2) to Courthouse Station.
• Take the stairs/escalators/elevators up one level and walk across the station to the far right exit (follow signs for the ICA).
• Exit the station head house and turn right.
• Turn left into the adjoining parking lot via the pedestrian opening and walk straight across the parking lot to One Marina Park Drive.

From Logan Airport Via public transportation:

1. Take the Silver Line Waterfront SL1 from any of the airport terminals to Courthouse Station. Follow directions above.
